• All avatars on my store are NSFW or come with 18+ toggles. If you are a minor, you cannot purchase from my store. Please check my avatar world for SFW avatars if this applies to you.
• Do not distribute any products in any way. This store page is the original, and only source of all avatars, assets and any other products delivered by me.
• Enter correct information at checkout (such as Discord tags)
• Edit as you please. You may do head swaps, body swaps, etc. but do not claim the product as your own.
• Do not resell the product to any website or person.
• No price splitting
• No trading my avatar files with individuals for other avatar files.
• Do not upload any paid avatar as public to any platform including VRChat, CVR, etc. without explicit permission from me first.
• Do not take any meshes, animations or textures from any model, buy/obtain them from the original creator.
• Do not use my avatars for hateful reasons that causes harm to others
• You're allowed to use my avatars for streaming and any other content you desire. However please keep it in the guidelines of my TOS, credit when possible.
• Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not allowed.
• You may receive an upload from somebody that also owns the same avatar files. If you're unsure if somebody is trustworthy, make a ticket in my Discord.
• You can commission somebody to edit my models, as long as you both own the files.
• Assets created by Kirri may be used on any type of model, including but not limited to commercial, private and free.
• You MUST credit Kirri's assets at ( kirri.store ) or Discord ( @kirrivrc )
• You can retexture and edit my assets to your liking; do not claim as your own regardless of how much you edit these.

If you do not agree to the rules during checkout, you do not have permission to use the product.

The Discord Server's ticket system is the most optimal way for a speedy response.

• Uploads are FREE and done by Kirri. They can take up to 2 WEEKS to be fulfilled, if waiting longer you have the right to request compensation (an extra upload or free edits) for the wait.

You can request additional items to be added to your upload. For example if you want updated GoLoco, Limb Scaling etc. on an older avatar, please specify this.

As a courtesy, Kirri will do simple material edits on a customer's upload for no extra charge. An example of this would be changing the hair color.

Mesh edits and more detailed texture edits are welcomed, however they will be of extra charge. Feel free to discuss this if interested.

• All sales are FINAL.
• Due to the nature of digital products, if an avatar has been downloaded, refunds are not allowed to be made.
• Under the extremely rare circumstance of a broken avatar, during 12 months after the release, the buyer understands to contact Kirri for further support and negotiation regarding issues and quality.
• You acknowledge that this service is non-refundable, and all sales are FINAL. This is your responsibility to ensure you understand what you are purchasing before completing any transaction.
• Chargebacks and disputes are prohibited. You will receive a suspension from making purchases from the store, and continued use of said avatars is prohibited.

If you do not agree to the Refund Policy before checkout, you do not have permission to use the avatar and will be suspended from purchasing from the store.
